EMAS AMC has a fleet of sophisticated pipelay and heavy lift assets that go above and beyond the traditional requirements for subsea construction. We have purpose-build vehicles dedicated to pipelay construction and heavy lift as well as a new versatile, ice-class, deepwater multi-lay vessel that is ideal for challenging oilfield operations.

The LEWEK Champion is a purpose-built pipelay construction, accommodation and work barge supporting offshore activities including pipe lay, platform installation & recovery and maintenance. The S Lay System can handle 6" to 60" pipes and is supported by 100 T tensioners. It is also equipped with a 68 T pipe handling crane, a 800 T deck crane, a DP 2 dynamic position system and helideck. The vessel can accommodate 380 people and has amenities such as offices (10), recreation and mess rooms and a hospital.

As the newest member of the fleet, the LEWEK Constellation is an ice-class, deepwater multi-lay vessel with heavy lift capabilities expected in 2013. It has superior manoeuvrability and will be equipped with a DP 3 dynamic positioning system to provide versatility while the multi-lay system can support both rigid and non-rigid pipelines. The vessel is supported by a 3000MT heavy lift crane which includes Active Heave Compensation capabilities.

LEWEK Crusader is a modern construction, installation, commissioning, accommodation and well intervention vessel with a leading edge, DP-3 dynamic positioning system, two ROVs and vertical lay system to support demanding projects. The optional vertical pipelay system handles flexibles and control umbilicals and is supported by a 400 T lift crane and a 150 T knuckle boom crane. The vessel is capable of installing flexible flowlines from 1000 – 3000 meter water depth and has accommodations for 500.

The AMC Connector, expected for delivery in 2012, is an advanced subsea installation and construction vessel capable of operating in waters up to 3,000 meters. The Connector will be able to install power cables and umbilicals using its two heave-compensated offshore cranes and is supported by 2 ROVs.  The vessel is outfitted with the latest dynamic position system and is uniquely designed to comfortably operate in high waves. It can also be reconfigured to create 1,500 m2 of deck space to transport and install subsea structures.

The Toucan is an advanced multipurpose offshore support vessel with excellent dive support capabilities as well as a DP 2 dynamic positioning system, accommodations for a crew of 100, a 920 M2 /1,000 ton cargo deck and a helideck. The 120 ton capacity crane has a 12 meter reach and is capable of operating in water depth up to 2,000 M. 

AMC Ambassador – Multipurpose offshore support with IMR capabilities

The LEWEK Ambassador is a multipurpose offshore support vessel with IMR capabilities and that will be added to the EMAS AMC fleet in 2011.

The Enterprise 3 is a Derrick pipelay barge supporting offshore construction activities with an 800 ton heavy lift crane. It is equipped with pipelay system, including two 86 ton pipe tensioners and pipeline abandonment and recovery systems. It has a helideck and can accommodate a crew of 300.
