Operational Superiority

Environmental Care

We are committed to conducting our business in a manner that minimises environmental impact. We strive to integrate environmental improvements whenever possible in our plans, our workplace and our procedures. With this in mind, our largest, most advance vessels have the DNV ‘Clean’ class notation, which ensures safe operations in even the most sensitive of environments.

Our Security Responsibility

When handling and installing platforms in exact positions on offshore fields, we take on the responsibility for client assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Therefore, we provide a resilient, robust and dynamic security system to reduce security risks to our assets and personnel as well as meeting the needs of our clients while complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Quality Management & Improvement

EMAS is committed to achieving quality management excellence in all of our business operations. Our employees, partners and contractors work together to achieve a ‘Zero Incident Target’ goal, which means zero downtime and zero project delays. Our quality culture emphasizes our drive for operational excellence and we work together at all levels to deliver consistent quality improvement results.

Business Continuity and Management Excellence

At EMAS, we have implemented and sustained an award-winning Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. Our BCM is a specialised and integral component of strategic management, playing a key part in the company’s overall governance, environment control and reporting processes. In fact, EMAS was recently awarded the following two prestigious designations for excellence in business continuity and management:  Singapore BCM Standard SS540 Excellence in Operations and the British BCM Standard BS 25999 by Lloyd’s Register.

EMAS Academy Training

We recently developed the EMAS Academy & Simulation Centre, one of the industry’s leading maritime competency training centres equipped with state-of-the-art anchor handling and DP simulators to familiarise and train our operators for highly complex scenarios. The Academy was created to provide our staff, from first-time mariners to experienced seafarers, with the advanced offshore operational skills, education and proven methods to ensure precise execution from shallow to ultra-deepwater.
